We offer a professional key holding service with regular property checks as often as the client requires, and are fully licesned. This service can be paid for annually, 6 monthly or monthly.
Why have a Key Holder?
We ensure the property is secure and every window and door is locked. We check all of the rooms in the property, and we also flush the toilet(s), run the taps to avoid air locks and any long standing water in the pipe work.
We also offer a fantastic meet and great service at your property, this makes a great impression for holiday let clients. Also there would never be an issue if you lock yourself out which is easily done with the modern security doors.
